Superman beats the Hulk. Superman has more weapons than just plain strength. He could fly the Hulk up into space and leave him there.
Cap beats Batman. Cap is an augmented human with as much fighting training as Batman. However, Batman cheats, so this could be a close one.

Normally, I would say Superman over the Hulk any day of the week, but I assume we're talking about the Hulk from World War Hulk where his power levels were off the charts and he beat the crap out of every single superhero in Marvel inlcuding Dr. Strange. Now, I think Dr. Strange would beat Superman in a fight (earth's sorceror supreme versus a dude with a magic weakness), so I would say World War Hulk. Normal Hulk would get the crap kicked out of him.
I think Steve Rogers would beat Batman, but I think it would be a very good fight. If Batman had some time (let's say a week) to set traps and stuff, he could take out Steve Rogers.
And Jason, Steve Rogers is dead and not coming back and BuckyCap is awesome. You need to stop grieving, and start celebrating a really awesome comic.

Can we do a new one?
Yes? Awesome.
The Authority (Millar Era) vs. The Justice League (Morrison Era)
and
Moonboy and Devil Dinosaur vs. The Haunted Tank

Can we do a new one? Yes? Awesome. The Authority (Millar Era) vs. The Justice League (Morrison Era) and Moonboy and Devil Dinosaur vs. The Haunted Tank oh boy this actually made me make a noise. Great choices. Superman takes out Apollo, though I think Midnighter has an edge on the Batman (though Morrison has a Batfetish and would give Batman a cool, dramatic win.) There are good analogs here, but the combo of Flash AND Martian Manhunter? No prblem, hands down JLA. I love the Haunted Tank. I don't know that much about Moonboy and DD. So I vote for World War Two Tank and Confederate Ghost Soldier.

I have to give superprops to the Busiek/Perez handling of the Batman/Captain America fight. Examining, parrying, deciding not to fight. Awesome.

I think the biggest problem for the JLA is dealing with the Doctor. Their best chance would probably be the Martian Manhunter shutting him down with telepathy. Obviously, the two teams are very evenly matched, and the Authority is much more ruthless than the JLA, but in the end, I think the Flash is the difference maker.
Devil Dinosaur is faster, and more agile than the Haunted Tank, but the Tank is smarter, and packs more fire power. I think if the Tank can get a few good shots in at DD and Moonboy it wins, but if Devil Dinosaur can get close enough, Moonboy can hop inside of the Tank and start doing some serious damage.

GLs all the way... but then there's always some a-hole with "super will power" that can beat the ring... That's dumb. Batman? WonderWoman?

No way. Everyone else wins. Superman ALONE can probably kill most of the GL's. Hell, one stupid Hal Jordan did a pretty good job, right?
